Many Government systems are being kept in operational status for longer than was originally envisioned.  As these systems lives are extended, there is an increasing emphasis on sustainment and materials support.

The intent of the Rapid Response to Critical System Requirements (R2CSR) Support Contract is to provide the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, and other government agencies with the means to immediately respond to critical hardware and/or software system requirements.
